Why We Built This Site
Colorado makes many court settings and case records available to the public, but the access channel depends on the task. The free Colorado Judicial Branch Docket Search is a hearing calendar. A chronological state case history is called a Register of Actions and may be searched through an approved vendor or ordered from the clerk. Filed documents and certified copies come from the court that holds the file. Teller County also has municipal records that remain with city clerks. This site brings those distinctions, official links, request methods, and local court contacts into a clear path.
What You Will Find Here
The content is organized around practical court-record tasks in Teller County:
- Docket help: how to locate and read criminal dockets and civil dockets
- Hearing settings: how to check the court calendar and confirm the newest date
- Case lookup: how to use the case search by number, party, attorney, court, or division
- Document requests: how to obtain court records, an ROA, or a certified filing from the proper clerk
What We Cannot Do
This is a private reference website. It is not connected with the Colorado Judicial Branch, the Teller County Combined Court, either municipal court, or any government agency.
- We cannot retrieve an official docket or case file for a visitor.
- We cannot set, confirm, continue, or cancel a hearing.
- We cannot amend, remove, suppress, or seal a court record.
- We cannot issue a certified or exemplified copy.
- We cannot provide legal advice about a pending or past case.
- We cannot promise that a fee, contact, or schedule has not changed.
An official record must come from the clerk or court that maintains it. This site can identify that office but cannot supply the document.
Search Partners
Some content pages contain search tools operated by third parties. Those providers control their services, prices, data handling, and results. A paid signup reached through a partner tool may produce a referral fee that supports free access to this website. We do not determine the provider's charges and cannot verify that its result is complete or current.
